Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Full Coverage Foundation Review

I love the packaging! ^^
it's very sleek and travel-friendly

Please keep in mind that I have oily/combo skin

How much product is inside: 50 mL equal to 1.7 Fl Oz. (measurements taken from packaging)
What it claims on the tarte website: "long-wearing, skin-perfecting full coverage foundation with UVA/UVB SPF 15 infused with Amazonian clay for better, longer, truer wear." 12-hour makeup and oil-free.
Color range: There are 16 shades you can choose from. I love the system that this foundation has to finding your shade because it ranges from fair to deep but they also incorporate your undertone color. It's really neat because I have more of a yellow undertone, but the shade with the pink undertone suited the shade of my face more. My face is more lighter than the rest of my body and I have seen that there is a tiny bit of pink undertone in my face, just a tat though. This foundation fits the shade of my face so perfect! I was so amazed because this is the first ever foundation that actually suits me very well. I do have to say that when I first grabbed this product I got a really lighter color before I got the shade I have now and I could definitely see that it wasn't the shade for me. I am very happy with the shade I have now though. It oxidizes a bit but it doesn't turn orange or anything on me which was something that a worker at ulta was telling me about but I was just like whatever, i'll see how it'll works for me ^^
Lasting power/wear-ability: I have to say that the longevity of this foundation on me is amazing!! I wore this three times before doing this review so I can get a full opinion and I really love the finish and the longevity of this product. The final straw that made me fully fall in love with this foundation was when I wore it to a wedding and usually after about 4 hours my face would need an oil-blotting sheet badly!!! During throughout the night I went to the bathroom a couple of times and every time I would see myself in the mirror my foundation looked so lovely :3
The finish of this foundation is semi-matte and it's a medium to high coverage foundation. I don't have bad skin at all (only whiteheads and blackheades here and there sometimes) but I do have some redness around my nose and cheeks . I am a lucky girl I know ; ~; this foundation makes me looks flawless and covers up everything nicely with only one layer.
Texture of product: The consistency of this foundation is very mousse like and thick, not watery or runny at all. Once it's on your face the foundation basically melts into your skin and doesn't feel heavy at all, it's very lightweight as many other people that own this foundation always say.
Price: I bought mine at ulta for 38 dollars. It's pricey of course since it's a high end item but on the brightside it comes with 1.7 fl oz which is more than the typical 1.0 fl oz that comes in most foundations ^ u ^
Rate/thoughts: All in all I have to say that it is worth the 38 dollars if you want to invest into a high-end foundation.. I'm not sure how it would work on someone with normal to dry skin though sadly :l i'm sorry but if you do have normal to dry skin and have this foundation please let me know how it works for you! I will definitely want to re-purchase it when I run out because to me I could see the difference between this foundation and my drugstore foundations.
I'm going to rate it 10/10 cute corgis puppies running around~

I will love to hear everyone's input on this foundation if you do own it so just comment!
